With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families, including work in end-of-life care, alongside a Business Degree and a professional teaching background specialism SEND, I bring both practical knowledge and heartfelt empathy to every family I support. My experience has taught me the importance of listening closely, understanding individual wishes, and guiding people gently through difficult moments with dignity and patience.
I believe every life deserves to be remembered with meaning. My role is to take care of the details with sensitivity and professionalism, giving families the time and space to focus on what matters most—honouring, remembering, and celebrating the life of their loved one.
